Bach Flower Remedies

 Balance Your Mind

Edward Bach was a British doctor, homeopath, bacteriologist and spiritual writer, best known for developing a range of remedies called the Bach flower remedies, a form of alternative medicine inspired by classical homeopathic traditions. His system is gaining popularity today among the holistic health practitioners because of its ease of use and simplicity. The 38 flower essences in the Bach Flower Remedies system are safe for everyone, do not have side effects, and do not interact with any medications.

Each consultation involves what may feel like a therapy session at first, but isn't meant to "fix" you, as much as to give you the proper tools to balance yourself.  You will be asked to describe your current emotional state, and the obstacles in your life that are causing negative patterns in you. A tincture is made, that consists of 95% distilled water, a drop of apple cider vinegar to preserve it, and up to 7 remedies chosen by the practitioner to help transform negative emotions into positive ones.  The solution lasts up to 4 weeks, and the effects are subtle yet healing!
